Owner stays

An owner requests their own unit in the portal. You approve, and the block is written to Cloudbeds. No email to the front desk.

Statements and settlements

Net room revenue from Cloudbeds, your deduction rules, and a statement each owner can read. You approve before anything is sent.

Expenses

Charge a repair to one owner, a roof to everyone. Receipts attached, visible on the statement where the deduction appears.

A portal with your name on it

Your logo and colours. Owners sign in to your property, not to a piece of software they have never heard of.

How activation works

Connecting takes minutes. Going live means checking what synced and validating a first statement before any owner sees it.

1 Authorise the connection Sign in to Cloudbeds and authorise Staklio, or paste a property API key. Either way it is your Cloudbeds account granting the access.
2 Check what came across Rooms and reservations sync automatically. You add owners, confirm who holds which unit, and set your deduction rules.
3 Validate a statement, then invite owners Generate one month, check it against your own numbers, and give owners access once it is right. Usually about a week from the first connection.
