Do I have to disclose the commission to my client?
Yes, and we think you should want to. Transparency keeps you the trusted advisor. It's in the agreement.
Is this exclusive? Is there a quota?
No and no. Recommend whatever is best for your client. There are no minimums, though staying active (one referral per 18 months) keeps your lifetime rates running.
What if my client negotiates a discount?
Commission is calculated on what the client actually pays. Published annual discounts apply; partners can't promise custom discounts.
Which PMS systems are supported?
The major property management systems today, with more on the roadmap. Custom integrations are quoted per project, and yes, you earn on those clients too.
When and how do I get paid?
Quarterly, against your invoice, on collected revenue. Minimum payout $100 (smaller balances roll over).
What does certification involve?
A one-hour product session and a sandbox account. That's it. You'll be able to demo and onboard independently.
