Define room categories under Categories — group units by room type and set points per night (and any peak-season multiplier).

Create allocations under Allocations — assign each owner a days-per-year or points-per-year budget in a category, plus their annual maintenance fee.

Record shared costs under Expenses, so maintenance and repair costs distribute across the pool.
Notas: Pool revenue for a category is split among its owners by ownership share, so owners benefit from the category's overall performance, not just their own stays.
