Do you support multiple properties?

Yes, it's what Staklio is built for. Each property connects to its own PMS, bills and settles separately, and owners with units across several properties get one consolidated statement. Portfolio pricing is quoted per portfolio.

How is portfolio pricing calculated?

The same two rates apply: $7 per active owner and $1 per participating unit, with a $99 minimum. We look at your property count, owner count, PMS mix and how much consolidation you need, then quote once we have been through it with you.

Why do you charge per owner and per unit?

Owners are where most of the value lives: each one gets a branded portal, monthly statements, owner stays and support. Units are where the work is, every one of them is synced, reconciled and settled every month. Charging a little for both keeps the price honest for a small property with busy owners and for a large one alike, and there is nothing else on the invoice. For a single property that's the whole invoice. Across a portfolio, owners alone don't describe the work. Connecting and reconciling each property does, so portfolios are priced on both.

Is my PMS integration included?

Your PMS integration is in the price from the start, no integration fee and no separate contract. The rate you see is the rate you pay.

Are there setup or onboarding fees?

Connecting your PMS is straightforward and most people do it themselves in an afternoon, at no cost. If you would rather not, we are happy to set the account up for you: that is a paid service quoted separately. Custom integrations are quoted up front.

What if I want to leave?

Monthly is the default: cancel whenever you like and it ends with the current month, though that month is not refunded. If you would rather have the discount, you can choose to pay the year up front, and that year then runs its term. After it ends, ask us within 30 days and we will send you your data as CSV, JSON or Excel.
